Complete Reconstruction

This home, built in 1990's, got a complete renovation from top to bottom. It was in need of new flooring, along with wallpaper and popcorn ceiling removal. The existing layout had many walls chopping up the home into several small rooms. The owners decided to go with an open floor plan. Ultimately, tearing out the walls was a real game changer and proved to be a fantastic idea! This home got a complete overhaul from to new walls to a beautiful fireplace to engineered hardwood flooring throughout and everything in between. The homeowners love how their renovated home now has a modern yet cozy feel.
