Berry Hill Water Damage Cleanup

The renter gave up trying to remove all the water in the living area caused by the broken water line to the clothes washer behind the folding double doors. Our SERVPRO water damage restoration team member used a portable wet-vac to remove most of the standing water. The tile floor meant there was less an issue with moisture evaporating into the air and increasing humidity and unpleasantness. After drying the floor, and using a mop for the finishing touches, he did set up several dehumidifiers to capture the remaining moisture and restore the RH to a comfortable level. The washer/dryer appliance was ready to be relocated to its home. Our technician completed the job and returned all the furnishings to their original places within the home. Another satisfied customer.
